Terms and Conditions of the La Casa GmbH (rough translation)

Scope:
These terms and conditions apply to contracts for the letting of rooms and accommodation for all our customers to any further services of the Village Villaggio Turistico, Migliaro Via 31, 16032 Camogli. The subletting or letting of rooms and their use for purposes other than accommodation require the prior written consent of the Board.

Obligation of the parties
The completion of the booking contract obligates the contracting agency for the entire duration of the contract for the fulfillment of mutual obligations completed. The La Casa GmbH (hereinafter referred to as operator) is committed to providing the services listed in the booking contract and provide the booked rooms ready. The purchaser agrees to the reservation price in advance booking required to be paid. For the duration of the stay is the membership in the club "Club Villaggio Turistico". Liability provisions

- if the operator has reasonable cause to believe that the use may endanger the smooth operation of the service booked, its security or public reputation.

From justified cancellation by the operator does not entitle the customer for damages. Room Availability, Delivery and Return
The Guest is entitled to a room and not to a specific room. The rooms are available on arrival from 16:00 clock (Getting up. 6. The rooms and equipment must be treated carefully
7. Use the playground area and oven use at your own risk (of natural soil)
8. The village may only be used for vacation purposes or for purposes agreed in the booking contract separately.
9. All rooms are Non-smoking rooms and areas.

Please keep in mind, these rules are for the guests and not against them. If something is not clear, don't hesitate to ask.

The holiday season is for most visitors the most important time and should be the most beautiful. Our village is not a hotel in the usual sense, and it should not be. Those who expect a resort of great tourism providers must adapt. The word community should at least not a foreign word. We offer genuine friendliness and willingness to help in various situations.
